The catalogue “Matisse to Malevich. Pioneers of modern art from the Hermitage” contains an introductory essay by Professor Henk van Os, short biographies of the artists and informative texts about all the works in the exhibition. The book is attractively designed and profusely illustrated in colour. Price: €29.95 (may be subject to change) |

| Lectures | On request a Hermitage guide can give a talk in one of the three conference rooms. Price:€ 175 per talk (excluding admission to the exhibition and excluding the cost of hiring the room).The number of persons who can attend the talk depends on the room (24, 30 or 60). | Museum shops | The museum shop collection consists of books and products related to the subject of the exhibition. The shop also has a permanent collection of Russian literature, Russian music, (contemporary) films, art books and its own merchandise line of special Hermitage Amsterdam products. The museum shop is open to visitors who do not have a ticket for the exhibition. Opening hours: daily from 10 am to 5 pm and Wednesday to 8 pm. | ||||||||||||
| Studiecentrum |
Het studiecentrum is gratis toegankelijk voor alle bezoekers van de Hermitage Amsterdam. Via 16 computers en touchscreens is informatie te krijgen over de onderwerpen van de tentoonstellingen en de collectie van de Hermitage St.-Petersburg. Er is toegang tot het filmarchief en de bibliotheek van de Hermitage Amsterdam. Dagelijks is er in de middag een speciaal filmprogramma, gerelateerd aan de tentoonstelling. Openingstijden: dagelijks van 13.00 tot 17.00 uur. |

| Hermitage Information | In the Amstel Wing, on the front of the Hermitage Amsterdam, there are two permanent presentations. One room is devoted to the relationship between the Netherlands and Russia. The other deals with the history of Amstelhof as a building and an institution. The Amstelhof presentation covers the Regentesses Room and the old kitchen as well. It also provides access to the website of the Hermitage in St Petersburg. | ||||||||||||

| Boat transport | There is a landing stage in front of the main entrance on the Amstel. For groups there is a landing stage on Nieuwe Keizersgracht. | ||||||||||||
| Parking | The nearest guarded parking garages are those of the Muziektheater, Parking Waterlooplein in Valkenburgerstraat and Markenhoven in Anne Frankstraat, right by the entrance to the IJ Tunnel. | ||||||||||||
| Access | All rooms and facilities are wheelchair-friendly. There are three toilets for the disabled. The building has three public lifts. Wheelchairs or rollators may be reserved via boeking@hermitage.nl. |
