By boat
There is a landing stage for the main entrance on the River Amstel. For groups there is a landing stage on the Nieuwe Keizersgracht.
Parking
Limited parking is available in the immediate area. The closest secure car parks are at the Music Theatre, Waterlooplein parking in Valkenburgerstraat and Markenhoven in Anne Frankstraat, close to the entrance to the IJ tunnel.
Public transport
Tram: line 9, Waterlooplein stop
Metro: Lines 51, 53 and 54, Waterlooplein stop, Nieuwe Herengracht exit café-restaurant Neva
The café-restaurant is open daily from 10 am until 1 am (except Sundays when Neva closes at 6 pm). It is also open to those not visiting the museum.
